About Behavioral Health Works:

We deliver personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary teamโincluding BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPsโcollaborates closely with families to create treatment plans tailored to each childโs unique needs, blending principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices.
Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the SLP evaluates, develops, and oversees individualized speech and language treatment plans. Youโll work collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical team members while providing high-quality, data-driven therapy to support communication, social language, and functional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments โข Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans โข Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals โข Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals โข Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care โข Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system โข Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development
Qualifications:
Required: Masterโs degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility); strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience working with children with ASD; familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments; experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education.
Compensation: $75,000-100,00 annually (DOE)
