Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of real estate development, construction, renovation, and upgrade projects across Florida. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial planning and budgeting to final closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Travel to project sites in Jacksonville, Orlando, Fort Myers, Naples, and other Florida locations is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, reports and budgets.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors as needed.
  • Oversee construction, renovations, and upgrades across multiple sites.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
  • Track costs, approve invoices, and report project financials.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, code, and quality standards.
  • Communicate updates and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Manage project closeout and handover to property management or sales teams.


Qualifications:

  • Florida travel required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred but not necessary.
  • 5+ years of prior construction or real estate project management experience with a proven track record in supervisory or project manager roles within the construction sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Excel, MS Project, Procore, or similar).


Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on hands-on field experience.
