The Role

As a Planning and Advice Associate, you serve as a trusted partner for our workplace and personal investment customers. You will engage in inbound and outbound conversations, provide guidance on retirement and/or investment needs, and help clients navigate Fidelity's products, services, and planning tools. You will develop relationshipbuilding, planning, and service to sales skills through a structured development path with comprehensive training and licensing support.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Strong client relationship and consultative experience
  • Experience with inbound/outbound warm leads and customer engagement
  • Interest or knowledge in financial services and retirement planning
  • Strong communication, technology, and timemanagement skills
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a "hybrid" work setting, both at home and in office
  • Aptitude to complete FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 upon hire

The Planning and Advice team helps individuals build confidence in their financial future through personalized planning and investment guidance. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
