Position Summary
The Workplace Audio Visual & IT Project Manager is responsible for the efficient, effective, and flawless execution of AV and IT technology projects with minimal disruption and consistent principles. This role is a leader in the management of projects from start to finish, including preliminary planning, project strategy development, high-level estimation, design, pre-construction, detailed estimation, installation and commissioning, and post-project documentation completion. This role is also responsible for ownership and governance of Workplace Technologies, systems used to support the entire Workplace Solutions team.
Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders, IT, and AV integration partners to evaluate feasibility and potential challenges of upcoming AV/IT projects.
  • Develop strategic plan, timeline, programming, and major requirements for upcoming AV and IT deployments.
  • Prepare high-level estimates and detailed budgets and partner with Finance to prepare packages for capital approvals for various project stages.
  • Partner with Nestlé North America Procurement creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solicit bids for projects; evaluate bids, present findings, and deliver recommendations to Workplace Solutions Leadership, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Legal, and Safety teams.
  • Partner with in-house staff, design, AV integrators, and technology suppliers on developing final technology layouts; evaluate workplace requirements and special AV areas required for the business.
  • Ensure all required permits, Certificates of Insurance, and necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Update the project schedule, budgets, and drawing log and lead regular progress meetings with vital partner teams.
  • Ensure timely processing of integrator, subcontractor, hardware, software, and licensing invoices and vendor applications
  • Write all AV/IT-related RFPs, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders; maintain a record of field work and change orders and their impact upon job cost and the project schedule.
  • Obtain, assemble, distribute, and file all as-built drawings, technology standards documentation for records, warranties, end user license agreements, and final closeout materials.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Provide support for AV planning and execution for large events, executive meetings, town halls, and high-visibility gatherings, including pre-event testing, live support, escalation management, and post-event review.
  • Monitor and own streaming and hybrid meeting support for meetings and events across U.S. market locations, ensuring consistent standards, appropriate support coverage, and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage conference room accounts, standards, and technology experience, including room configuration, service expectations, lifecycle planning, and alignment with enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Provide employee support and guidance as needed for meeting technology, conferencing tools, and workplace AV services to support effective collaboration and a positive employee experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, or Engineering or related degree.
  • 5+ years of project management work experience in AV systems integration, IT infrastructure deployment, or corporate technology delivery.
  • Experience with AV/IT deployments for Corporate Offices, Factories, and Distribution Centers, including knowledge of commercial AV control, networking, and conferencing technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to read and interpret AV drawings, scopes of work, and construction drawings.
  • PMP certification preferred; CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) required within 180 days of employment.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20%.

The approximate pay range for this position is $132,000 to $189,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
