What You'll Do  

As an associate consultant, you will partner with senior advisers to: 

  • Become proficient in Gallup's offerings and services

What You Need  

  • Bachelor's degree by May 2027 required 
  • Availability to start working full time in June 2027 required 
  • At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required 
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday 
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
