Ironite Foreman

Our Garden Segment is searching for an experienced Foreman for our Greenfield, Mo. Ironite Plant location.  This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.

Shift Details:

  • 1 Position for 1st shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the workflow of other employees to ensure that product produced is correct and good quality.
  • Repair or report machine problems immediately.
  • Work closely with the machine operators to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment as well as directing all staff to work safely and effectively.
  • Properly train staff, enabling them to perform their assigned work task for the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must possess good leadership qualities and the ability to direct staff as necessary to meet production goals for the shift.
  • Be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Work temperatures may vary due to outside temperatures. 
  • Work environment may be dusty.
