Job Description:

Are you passionate about working with kids and making a positive impact every day?
We’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Let Them Be Kids! and The Hangout, where we provide before- and after-school, school holidays and summer care for children ages 6-12. Our program focuses on creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where kids can grow, learn, and thrive.
What You’ll Do:
  • Pick up/drop off children from school using a 15-passenger van (training provided).
  • Plan and lead engaging daily activities.
  • Actively supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior.
  • Encourage teamwork, responsibility, and kindness.
  • Clean and sanitize the facility each evening before closing.
  • Stay active and on your feet while interacting and playing with children most of the day.

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 18 years old - 21 years old or older preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van (training provided).
  • Able to pass a Child Care Licensing background check.
  • Available Monday through Friday.
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and actively engage with children throughout the shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed (such as moving supplies, equipment, or helping children safely).
