Job description

We are seeking energetic, consistent, and reliable part-time coaches to join our team! If you love working with children, teaching through play, and have a flexible schedule, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
Experience: Working with kids, especially preschoolers, in any setting
Traits We Value: We are looking for someone dependable and adaptable who is truly passionate about helping kids learn and grow.
Availability:
Mondays: 8:30am - 11:30am
Tuesdays: 9:00am - 11:30am
Wednesdays 9:00am - 12:00pm
Thursdays 9:00am -12:00pm (Possibly 3:30pm - 4:30pm if available too)
Fridays 9:00am - 2:00pm
Transportation: Coaches are expected to travel around the Richmond area to various daycares and rec centers to conduct classes.
Technology: Comfortable using a mobile device to access schedule and communications
Benefits
Competitive Pay: $20 an hour
Paid Training: Work while you train
Flexible Schedule: We'd love someone who can cover all the hours, but would be willing to work with your schedule for the right candidate.
