Store Manager Description:

Smoothie King is the nation’s oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements. Smoothie King is currently seeking Store Managers.

A brief summary of the management position:

  • Experience in the food, retail, or customer service industry is required *
  • Must be available to work 50+ hours a week *
  • Paid vacation and medical
  • Background check required
  • Transportation is a must - Please have reliable transportation *

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and written
  • Ability to manage store operations independently
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage resources to ensure established service levels are maintained at all times
  • Exception Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of guest service techniques
  • Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
