PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.

Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.

Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.

Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.

Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.

Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, occasional weekend hours.

Crew Members are required to work minimum of 30 hours a week for Part Time or minimum of 35 hours a week for Full Time.

Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.

We started by blending fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. Mix that up with some delicious food and customers lined up for our tasty creations.
