Horseshoe Bay, TX • On-site

$65K - $70K/yr

Full-time

Re-posted 2 days ago

Job description

The Opportunity

Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club is a premier, members-only sporting gun club. We are seeking a sophisticated, high-energy Assistant Manager to elevate our member services. This leadership role balances the logistics of sporting events with the "white-glove" touch of a luxury concierge.

Total Compensation Package: $65,000-$70,000

The Company:

This is a dream job for the right candidate. We build fun teams doing fun things. We are a outdoor shooting club with member hospitality located at Horseshoe Bay. We are owned and operated by an operating company that is rapidly expanding across the state of Texas. We only hire the best people because the best people like working with other people that rock. Don’t believe us? Come interview and find out.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Leadership: Design and execute a full calendar of member events, from competitive shoots to private dinners.

• Concierge Management: Act as the primary point of contact for member requests, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and schedule two dedicated event/hospitality staff members.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate with the Sr. Ranch Manager to ensure seamless experiences on the ranch for the customers.

• Member Relations: Build authentic relationships with the membership base to personalize their experience.

• Support the GM: Have a strong “can do” attitude to support the GM with administrative work that comes up.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5+ years in high-end event management or luxury concierge services.

• Proven ability to manage a small team.

• Exceptional communication skills and a "resourceful problem-solver" mindset.

• A professional comfort level with sporting gun culture is a plus but not mandatory.

If you made it this far, know that cover letters go a long way. We individually review every candidate.
