  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree (REQUIRED).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or classroom support experience (REQUIRED).
  • Special Education Experience: Experience working with students with special needs (Preferred).
  • Christian School Environment: Comfortable participating in a Christian private school setting.
  • Additional Requirements: Current and valid driver's license, experience in classroom management and behavior modification techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compliance: Must be able to provide proof of degree(s) and/or certification(s) and pass a Level 2 Background Clearance.

Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a resume and three professional references to Deanna Searfoss via email at Deanna@P3Staff.com. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority given to those received by July 1st.
