Harmony in Mind Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic outpatient team. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from a location that suits you best. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring at-risk clients receive immediate and effective support.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation that reflects all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at empowering clients and their families.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.
