  • Approximately 5–10 years of legal experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, commercial law, or a combination of in-house and private practice environments.
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, technology, data protection, and partner/reseller contracts.
  • Solid working knowledge of GDPR and privacy requirements across EMEA.
  • Experience advising business teams on commercial, regulatory, and risk-related matters in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical, business-oriented legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across sales, product, engineering, security, HR, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Germany.

  • A broad and impactful legal role supporting commercial, product, privacy, and regional business matters across EMEA.
  • Close partnership with senior leadership, global legal colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to influence scalable legal processes, regional compliance practices, and international business growth.
  • Competitive compensation and a flexible working environment.
