Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking a flexible, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as n Working Supervisor to help us shine!
As a Working Supervisor, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations. (core job responsibilities including but not limited to):
Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standard
Perform quality inspections of entire building(s) to ensure standards are met
Oversee and progressively train and develop employees
Manage and manipulate the daily schedule to adjust for call ins, no call no shows, personnel issues/concerns, etc. throughout the shift.
Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed
Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees
Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and management
Other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
Qualified Working Supervisor candidates should have prior custodial and/or leadership experience. Candidates must be able to:
Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack's Maintenance employees
Provide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s)
Take ownership of their assigned building(s) and employees to provide the highest quality service
Produce valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required
Have flexibility with scheduling to include weekends
Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening
