Qualified Candidates:

  • Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
  • Help families with compassion and escalate to the cemetery sales manager as appropriate
  • Follow sales initiatives and work with fellow team members to achieve goals

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Pay: When meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00-$100,000 per year. Pay is hourly plus commissions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotations
License/Certification: Clean background to obtain cemetery sales license (OH)
