Job description

A career as a Manager, Financing Solutions in the Real Estate group within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 team means acting as a trusted expert in credit analysis and real estate financing structuring. As a member of the Real Estate Finance group, you support clients with construction financing, income-producing properties, development projects, and long-term financing solutions. In this role, you make a tangible impact on portfolio growth and quality by leveraging your analytical skills, your experience in real estate, and your knowledge of finance and commercial lending.

Your role:

  • Perform credit analysis and structure financing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare credit applications, financing offers, and offer letters in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Negotiate financing terms and conditions with the Credit team.
  • Support Account Managers in the implementation and renewal of financing solutions.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of credit risks.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bankโ€™s credit policies and standards.
  • Work closely with internal partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

The Real Estate Finance group is part of the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector. Its mission is to support clients in their real estate financing projects, including construction financing and long-term financing solutions.

You are part of a collaborative and engaged team, recognized for its expertise, agility, and solution-oriented approach.

Prerequisites :

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Masterโ€™s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in real estate financing or commercial lending.
  • Relevant experience in credit analysis.
  • Strong client service and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of business banking products and services.
  • Business development experience is considered an asset.
