A career as an Manager Commercial Banking in the Lethbridge Banking Centre Commercial Team means acting as a privileged guide for hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses, surrounded by experts, to guide clients towards the most suitable financial solutions.

Your job:

  • Develop your client portfolio;
  • Meet business development objectives by proposing solutions tailored to all of your clients' needs;
  • Seize referral opportunities in a context of synergy across the Bank;
  • Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios;
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of products with clients, ensuring that they meet the desired profitability criteria;
  • Ensure the application of service quality standards, as well as compliance with compliance and risk management rules;
  • Identify business opportunities in your market for all of the Bank's products and services;
  • Participate in visibility activities in your market;
  • Identify risks inherent to the sector's activities;

Prerequisites:

  • University certificate and 7 years of experience;
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience;
  • Master's degree and 3 years of experience;
  • Experience in business development;
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis;
  • Established professional network of contacts with local small and medium-sized businesses;
  • Negotiation skills;
