Position Summary:
Acadian Fish Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Freezer Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will handle, store, and move frozen seafood products in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely receive, unload, and store frozen seafood products
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and ensure product quality standards
  • Work in freezer conditions (typically -10F to 0F) while following all safety protocols
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow company policies, food safety guidelines, and OSHA standards
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required
Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred
  • Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
