Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (Contract Position)
Location: Odessa, TX Position Type: PRN / Contract
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW)-a respected, mission-driven nonprofit that's transforming lives across Texas. Our Odessa office is growing, and we're seeking contract therapists to perform assessments and evaluations for individuals with disabilities.
About DSSW:
DSSW is the largest provider in Texas for CLASS program participants, primarily serving severely disabled children, as well as adults with disabilities. We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care-and we need professionals like you to help us continue that mission.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct Physical therapy assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized plans to support client goals and well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Work independently with flexible scheduling
What We're Looking For:
• Licensed or certified Physical Therapist in Texas
• Experience working with children and adults with disabilities
• Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
