In this role, you will provide essential direct clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing therapeutic interventions that effectively address mental health challenges and enhance emotional resilience.

This position is 100% remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while delivering vital services to our clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, licensed counselors, and behavioral health technicians, all aimed at creating a seamless care experience for our clients. Our Detox Center serves as a supportive environment where clinical expertise and holistic approaches are integrated to promote healing and recovery.

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy to clients through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each unique case.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable and attainable therapeutic goals that foster progress and accountability.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary external resources, including housing support, financial assistance, and other vital social services that enhance their recovery process.
• Conduct crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective care when they encounter issues such as suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, or severe trauma responses.
• Participate in and lead educational initiatives designed to increase mental health literacy and reduce stigma within the community, empowering clients to seek help and share their experiences.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and state/federal guidelines to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development through mentorship opportunities, promoting both clinical skills enhancement and personal growth.

In this vital role, you will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, all seeking assistance at different stages of their recovery journey. This position requires a culturally competent approach, ensuring that care delivered is respectful of and tailored to clients' individual experiences and identities.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required, along with a current Nevada license (LCSW) that allows for independent practice.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care, with an understanding of the challenges faced by those within our patient population.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities applicable to diverse clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, maintaining communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, especially in the realm of mental health or substance use treatment.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and treatment documentation efficiently.
• Prior involvement in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and services.

Chrysalis Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
