• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patient needs and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying solution-focused techniques to facilitate patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from varying backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. You will provide support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid LCSW license issued by the state of New Jersey.
• Proven knowledge and application of solution-based psychotherapy methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.

• Previous experience working in a clinical or community health setting, particularly with a focus on mental health.
