Quest Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will provide essential mental health counseling services via telehealth to individuals experiencing significant psychological challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized clinical assessments and interventions for clients struggling with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances.
  • Conduct telehealth sessions focused on therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop and implement integrated care plans that address client needs and facilitate connection to necessary services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage in regular case conferences to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery within our practice.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support clients during emergencies, implementing safety plans as necessary.
  • Stay current on best practices and maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include working with a diverse client base comprised of individuals of varied ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Many clients may display symptoms relating to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or other severe emotional disorders. You will conduct screenings and assessments that are evidence-based and developmentally appropriate, ensuring that all clients receive tailored supports reflective of their unique situations.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of mental health assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace.
Preferred Experience
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, Quest Wellness Center provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, as well as life insurance and profit-sharing opportunities.
