Job description

Title: Plant Operations Supervisor
ArchCare Program: Carmel Richmond
Location: Staten Island, NY
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise delivery of services within Plant Operations and Environmental Services including daily work assignment and care member staffing/timekeeping
  • Effectively organize daily activities and oversee proper and efficient daily work of all operations personnel.
  • Under the direction of Management maintain and track implemented/establish Maintenance Workers/Technician's technical training programs.
  • Manage daily work list and orders through M-system or WorkHub and occasionally fill in for EVS Supervisor coverage as needed.
  • Under the leadership of Management ensure that all Plant Ops and EVS activities reflect facility readiness to meet unusual situations and safe/efficiency on a day-to-day operation.
  • Make sure that all record keeping of facility protocol such as logs for Fire Extinguishers, boiler inspections and machinery are proper logged and tagged to ensure all plant performance targets and regulations are met.
  • As instructed, compile various reports that reflect facility activities as they related to plant operations and environmental services.
  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety procedures set at all levels from corporate, facility and state mandated requirements.
