Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary role of the Project Manager Client Services is to successfully manage individual client relationships and projects on behalf of the client and Quad.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned categories and/or brands with clients
  • Possess in-depth understanding of client's visual merchandising standards and business objectives
  • Develop and manage project timelines and task lists
  • Ability to understand and identify opportunities for continued process optimization and improvement
  • Understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve client's visual merchandising goals
  • Display positivity in all engagements with others (at all levels), demonstrating Quad culture and values
  • Manage complex projects simultaneously
  • Meet tight deadlines within established budgets
  • Identify process challenges and work with internal leadership to solve
  • Attend regular planning meetings and provide detailed written confirmation/report
  • Work effectively to manage work across internal business units
  • Build and maintain client relationships with low and mid-level management
  • Ensure client is satisfied with performance of our Client Services Team and level of service
  • Keep management informed regularly of events/issues that could impact client relationship
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures to insure timely and accurate delivery of client's services; escalate to management if necessary
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the client by Quad
  • Manage relationships with client-designated print vendors; including quote requests, project status meetings, tracking and invoice management
  • Follow up with client-designated print vendors to ensure shipments reach stores and warehouse as contracted
  • Obtain estimate approvals from authorized Ulta stakeholders prior to commencing orders
  • Manage inventory replenishment and reporting, including generation of reprint orders and removal of obsolete items; ensuring metadata is accurate for store ordering
  • Partner with client stakeholders to create, maintain and optimize production grids based on specifications, requirements and standards as defined by the client
  • Follow up with brand partners on past due resource materials
  • Investigate and resolve store support tickets in ServiceNow (ticketing system for field support)
  • Partner with client category owners to assist in Graphic Library management and maintenance
  • Conduct annual inventory analysis to ensure only active graphics are live at the warehouse
  • Other duties as assigned by Quad leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience including: retail marketing, print management, project management, corporate marketing department and advertising agency.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies and tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to inform staff on project objectives.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising strategy, production design, print production, fulfillment and logistics
  • Knowledge of customer services, sales, retail structure, operations, account service/sales management, best practices and proven ability to communicate and implement
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to client's needs and issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management
  • Ability to relate to and develop relationships with client's low and mid-level management
  • Ability to understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve client's marketing goals
  • Ability to achieve a spirit of teamwork and cooperation within the Client Service team
  • Ability to handle many issues, items and functions at one time and deal rapidly with multiple items in prioritized sequence
  • Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules

  • Familiarity with Monday.com, CrossCap, ServiceNow, Workfront and PowerBi preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Manual Dexterity: Manual Dexterity: Work requires definite skilled and accurate physical operations requiring some closely coordinated performance.
Physical Effort: Work requires handling light weight materials or equipment with no special speed or exertion.
Working Conditions: Ordinary office, shop, field, or warehouse working conditions with some slightly disagreeable features.
  • Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $50,000-$65,000 based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
