Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Product Marketer on the Human Capital team, you will help bring emerging solutions to market through clear positioning, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing execution.

  • Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for emerging Human Capital solutions across audiences and channels
  • Partner with business, portfolio, and sales stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans, including segmentation, targeting, competitive analysis, and journey mapping
  • Create campaign and content plans that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and pipeline influence
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including sales sheets, talking points, and audience-specific collateral
  • Monitor campaign performance, assess return on investment, and recommend adjustments aligned to brand and messaging standards

  • 2+ years of experience working on a virtual team within a matrixed organization
  • 1+ years of experience using artificial intelligence tools and other technologies to support marketing activities
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Management
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience using Workfront
  • Experience marketing Human Capital products or services
  • Experience with human capital management (HCM) offerings

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
