The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Human Resources Advisor (Temporary 1 year). This job is full-time temporary.

Overview
The Human Resources Advisor provides generalist HR support to managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The incumbent acts as a first-level HR partner by providing guidance, coaching, and support in the application of HR policies, programs, and practices.

The Human Resources Advisor contributes to the implementation of organizational HR initiatives, participates in various projects, and ensures the administrative and operational follow-up of HR matters while promoting a positive employee experience.

Your Challenges
• Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and practices, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and employment conditions.
• Coordinate and administer employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, performance management, and offboarding.
• Support managers in handling day-to-day employee relations, engagement, and performance-related matters.
• Participate in the implementation and administration of annual HR processes, such as performance reviews, compensation planning, succession planning, and employee engagement surveys.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor various HR metrics and compliance reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, HR initiatives, and organizational development activities.
• Support committees and activities that promote employee engagement, health and safety, and organizational culture.

Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• CHRP/CRIA designation is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Good knowledge of employment standards and applicable labour legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
