Huron is seeking a Product Manager of Workforce Solutions to lead and evolve Workday & technical solutions that support Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, and Contingent Workforce operations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, outcome-driven workforce solutions.
As a key member of Huron's Corporate Product Services team, you will own the product strategy, optimization, and delivery of process and technical solutions that enable recruiting, staffing, and workforce management across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the product owner for IT supporting Talent Acquisition, internal staffing/resource management, and contingent labor processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities, translate needs into a clear product roadmap, and drive adoption of system and process enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of enhancements, working closely with technical, reporting, integration, and security teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
  • Oversee ongoing optimization and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to system inquiries and defects.
  • Evaluate Workday weekly and bi-annual releases to identify new functionality and improvements that enhance recruiting, workforce, and talent operations.
  • Leverage the Workday Community to research solutions, contribute ideas, and influence product direction.
  • Champion continuous improvement to ensure Huron's talent and workforce systems keep pace with business needs and industry best practices.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver product, system, or process solutions.
  • Strong background supporting or advising on Recruiting, staffing/resource management, and/or contingent labor-related processes.
  • Proven ability to manage/lead initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and teams.
  • Hands-on experience with business process mapping, including documentation of current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements gathering activities, such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
  • Experience translating currentstate and futurestate workflows into system and product requirements.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working directly with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

Nice to Have

  • Workday experience in Recruiting, Product Services Automation, or workforce-related modules.
  • End-to-end contingent labor process knowledge (req-to-start, extensions, time/cost capture, onboarding & offboarding)
  • Experience implementing, supporting, or using a vendor management system such as VNDLY or Beeline.
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or workforce processes within a Professional Services environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.

Flexible living locations, Remote role with 1/week a year for onsite meeting

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $165,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $138,000 - $206,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
