Position Specific Description
The Associate Workforce Planning Consultant, under the supervision of the Manager, Workforce Planning, will support the day-to-day administration, data accuracy, stakeholder support, and process documentation for the external workforce program. This is an entry-level role for someone who is highly organized, easy to work with, eager to learn, and committed to following through until the right answer is found.
Program Support
  • Support contractor workforce activities, including request tracking, onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and routine SAP Fieldglass updates.
  • Track open items, follow up with business partners or suppliers, and escalate delays or missing information.
  • Maintain process documents, FAQs, job aids, trackers, and standard operating procedures.

Data & Reporting Support
  • Pull, review, and summarize basic workforce data related to headcount, suppliers, tenure, cycle times, and compliance.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and help resolve issues with the appropriate owner.
  • Support audits, reporting requests, and recurring program updates.

Stakeholder Communications
  • Respond to routine questions from hiring managers, suppliers, and internal partners in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
  • Own assigned questions through closure by confirming facts, documenting the answer, and closing the loop.
  • Escalate complex issues with clear context, known facts, and recommended next steps.

Core Working Style
  • Easy to work with, responsive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Curious, resourceful, and willing to investigate instead of guessing.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, processes, policies, and workforce terminology.

The ideal candidiate will have:
  • Experience in operations, HR, procurement, staffing, data support, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong Excel, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • SAP Fieldglass, Power BI, SharePoint, staffing, or contingent workforce experience is helpful

  • Performs basic statistical analyses regarding the Company's workforce
  • Works with operational personnel to establish and maintain workforce planning initiatives for the organization
  • Defines, monitors, and reports workforce planning metrics
  • Consults and provides direction to business leaders in the area of workforce planning best practices
  • Conducts some research and analysis to support workforce forecasting and analytics
  • Assists with translating business unit needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful implementation of workforce planning
  • Creates and deploys standardized reports including the formulation of strategic planning
  • Develops documentation and support materials and keep abreast of new tools and processes
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
