Job Description Pinnacle Partners is partnered with a client hiring an Human Resources Manager Location: Indianapolis (downtown) Compensation: $80-120K Key Responsibilities Lead employee relations and promote a positive, respectful workplace culture. Manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning for hourly, skilled trade, and salaried employees. Partner with plant leadership on staffing, safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, investigations, and grievances. Support workplace safety and compliance with employment and OSHA regulations. Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll inputs and employee records.

Build strong relationships and maintain positive morale across all shifts. Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

3-7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment. Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of ESOPs, employment laws, OSHA, and manufacturing operations.

Calm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent leadership style. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
