Workforce Navigators often collaborate with employers, community organizations, and educational institutions to ensure participants receive comprehensive support tailored to their career goals. Their main goal is to remove barriers to employment and help individuals achieve long-term success in the workforce.

How does a workforce navigator typically support job seekers in overcoming employment barriers?

A Workforce Navigator plays a crucial role in helping job seekers identify and address barriers to employment, such as lack of transportation, childcare, or relevant skills.
