Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with hospice or home health experience? We are seeking dedicated Hospice RNs to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses in and around Osceola, Arkansas.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Day shifts, typically 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 13-week contract with extension opportunities
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Fast-moving interview and hiring process
Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled hospice nursing care in patient homes and healthcare facilities
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and families
  • Complete documentation utilizing Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting system
Territory & Travel
  • Coverage area of up to 4-5 counties surrounding Osceola, AR
  • Travel within approximately a 90-minute radius of home location
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile

Requirements

? Active RN license (Arkansas or Compact State)

? Hospice and/or Home Health experience required

? Current CPR certification

? TB screening/PPD/Chest X-Ray as required

? Current health certificate per state or contract requirements

? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

? Must be at least 18 years of age
