Intuitive Health and Deaconess are launching a new Free-Standing Emergency Room in Evansville, bringing fast, high-quality care to the Tri-State. We're seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional patient care.
This role is ideal for RN leaders with emergency department experience, strong clinical operations management skills, and a passion for team development, patient experience, and quality outcomes.
Employment Information: This position supports the Deaconess-Intuitive Health Emergency Room and Urgent Care partnership; however, the selected candidate will be employed directly by Intuitive Health and will be eligible for Intuitive Health compensation and benefits programs.

Role Overview
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical staff leadership, workflow optimization, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. You'll partner closely with Deaconess and Intuitive Health leadership to ensure seamless ER/Urgent Care operations.
