What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee delivery of analytic, technical, and operational support for a crime reporting and analysis program within a federal law enforcement agency. This role is responsible for end-to-end accountability across personnel, performance, stakeholder engagement, governance, and compliance.

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface with government leadership and ensures all activities align with mission priorities, security requirements, schedules, and quality standards. Specifically you will:

  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for program delivery

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with client leadership and stakeholders

  • Oversee staffing, cost, schedule, risk, and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, requirements, and OMB directives

  • Coordinate across analytics, engineering, QA, and documentation teams

  • Guide modernization activities, including cloudbased analytics and automation

  • Lead planning, progress reviews, and issue resolution

  • Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and executive materials


What You Will Need:

  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience managing large, complex programs or projects


What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Direct experience supporting FBI or crime/statistical programs

  • Familiarity with cloud enabled data or analytics platforms

  • Experience supporting governance bodies or interagency coordination

  • Demonstrated experience managing federal government or law enforcement programs

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and analytic teams

  • PMP or equivalent certification
