Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities for operational and support positions across multiple departments.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a variety of hospitality, grocery, culinary, retail, and operational positions.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing priorities, workforce challenges, scheduling needs, and operational demands.
  • Maintain consistent recruiting activity to support workforce stability and reduce staffing gaps.
  • Support hiring efforts during seasonal fluctuations, high-volume periods, and operational growth.
  • Support workforce development initiatives designed to improve onboarding success, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct new hire follow-up touchpoints to help identify concerns early and improve employee experience.
  • Monitor early turnover trends and identify opportunities to strengthen hiring quality and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational leaders and maintain visibility within the business to better understand workforce needs.
  • Promote a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Represent the organization professionally during interviews, recruiting events, community outreach, and hiring initiatives.
  • Maintain recruiting workflows, applicant tracking processes, interview coordination, and hiring records.
  • Assist with workforce-related reporting, staffing trends, and recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure hiring documentation and recruiting practices remain organized, professional, and compliant.
Requirements:


  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred due to workforce needs.
  • Previous recruiting, HR, hospitality, grocery, restaurant, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required; associateโ€™s or bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates based on operational needs, service standards, and position requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and operational teams.
