We’re hiring an organized, high-energy operations leader to manage and continually improve the flow of work through our busy CPA firm. This role is central to keeping corporate-client deliverables on track, supporting staff, and ensuring deadlines are met—without things slipping through the cracks.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with partners to set and manage firm-wide workflow priorities and deadlines

  • Take the lead on-boarding new business clients

  • Supervise the workflow from client intake through final delivery of projects

  • Communicate clearly with clients to request missing items, confirm details, and keep work moving

  • Work closely staff to coordinate priorities, assign work, and remove bottlenecks across multiple deadlines

  • Track status, due dates, and capacity; flag risks early and drive resolutions

  • Assist staff to maintain accountability, quality, and turnaround times

  • Maintain strong reporting/visibility for leadership and the team

  • Improve processes, checklists, and handoffs to increase efficiency and accuracy
