We're partnering with a global IT services & consulting firm to recruit an experienced Workday Financials Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise Workday Financials implementation.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a major Finance transformation program, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery whilst working closely with executive stakeholders, Finance leadership, Solution Architects and cross-functional delivery teams.


You'll be responsible for leading the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery across planning, design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. You'll also drive program governance, manage risks and dependencies, and help ensure the successful adoption of Workday Financial Management across the organization.


This is initially a 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension as part of a multi-year transformation program. We're also open to exploring permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

🔸 Working model – Remote with travel for key project and program milestones

🔸 Location – Tampa, FL or surrounding areas preferred, but open to candidates across US

🔸 Focus – End-to-end Workday Financials Program Delivery


Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience leading enterprise Workday Financials implementations

🔹 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale ERP or Workday program/projects

🔹 Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management, including General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets and Expenses

🔹 Experience managing program governance, delivery roadmaps, risks, budgets and executive stakeholders

🔹 Strong understanding of the full Workday implementation lifecycle, from design through to go-live and hypercare

🔹 Experience leading cross-functional teams across functional, technical and business workstreams

🔹 Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Workday Financials certification and/or program delivery certifications are desirable but not required
