Job Title: Workday Talent Management Functional Consultant
Location: Edison, NJ (2 -3 Days onsite in a week)
Duration: Long Term 
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: DOE (all inclusive)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent Management Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Talent & Performance modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday HCM with a focus on talent processes, performance management, and employee development.

Required Skills:
Atleast 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong focus on Talent Management
Hands-on experience with Performance & Goal Management Succession Planning & Talent Calibration
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)
Experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and security
Ability to conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and client-facing experience
•Workday Certification in HCM or Talent Management
•Experience in Workday implementations or support projects
•Knowledge of Workday integrations (basic understanding)
•Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery models
