Job description

Pay Range: $22-$27 per hour

Supports retention and completion efforts through advising and supporting students with any academic, 
attendance or personal issues. Has extensive technical knowledge of each area of Student Services to 
provide back up support as needed.


  • Assists with identifying local employment opportunities, populating job boards, creating resumes, and contacting graduates to aid in their job search endeavors.
  • Ensures strong employment rates for active students and graduates by continually following up with unemployed students/graduates through a variety of different touch points including phone calls, text message and/or social media contacts, as well as utilizing the Employer Development Team to market students to employers who may not have job postings on the job board.
  • Ensures ACCSC standards as well as state guidelines, where applicable, are met by accurately collecting and recording students’ and graduates’ employment records.
  • Follows up with graduates and employers, as needed, to ensure employment verification information is submitted timely and documented accurately.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required, with some college courses (preferred)
  • 1-2 years customer service experience (required)
  • 1-2 years of high-volume phone or sales experience (required)
  • Industry knowledge (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of metrics driven environments with a proven record of meeting or exceeding defined metrics
