Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to join our team at Cordova. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for Workday, including maintenance, configuration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday functionality and excellent analytical skills.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Workday administration, preferably in a corporate or financial setting
- Proven experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and data management
- Strong knowledge of Workday security, workflows, and business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification (HCM, Financial Management, or Student) highly desired
- Experience with Workday integrations (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking)
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working in a higher education or non-profit setting
