  • Plays a foundational role in the successful delivery of WelbeHealth's enterprise Workday implementation by translating complex business requirements into effective system configurations, guiding technical decision-making, mentoring future Workday analysts, and helping build long-term internal Workday expertise

We care about our team members. That's why we offer:

  • Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days
  • 401K savings + match
  • Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus
  • And additional benefits!

On the day-to-day, you will:

  • Serve as the primary hands-on Workday HCM configuration resource of the implementation across payroll, absence, time keeping, recruiting, HCM, performance and talent optimization, Peakon, benefits and Cloud Connect, and LMS
  • Partner with the Director, People Technology Reimagination, the People Project Manager, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs, and recommend effective Workday configuration decisions aligned to future-state processes
  • Configure Workday HCM modules and related functionality to support business requirements, compliance needs, reporting needs, and team member experience
  • Support solution design sessions by identifying configuration options, implications, dependencies, and tradeoffs, serving as both a technical expert and thought partner for how people processes should be enabled in Workday
  • Partner in testing activities across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing by preparing configuration for test cycles, validating outcomes, supporting defect resolution, and helping ensure readiness for launch
  • Document configuration decisions, business process design, assumptions, dependencies, and technical considerations to support knowledge transfer, auditability, and ongoing support
  • Partner closely with internal teams and implementation partners to troubleshoot issues, evaluate impacts, and support resolution of system and process questions throughout the implementation lifecycle, as well as serve as a mentor for incoming Workday analysts to help upskill existing HRIS resources with prior experience outside of Workday to build internal capability and long-term support capacity

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business, or related field preferred; equivalent Workday configuration experience may be substituted
  • Required hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, with depth across as many modules as possible including HCM, payroll, absence, time keeping, recruiting, performance and talent optimization, Peakon, benefits and Cloud Connect, and LMS
  • Demonstrated ability translating business requirements into effective Workday configuration solutions and providing thoughtful recommendations on how processes should be designed and enabled in the system
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations through design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and launch activities
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate dependencies, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy

If you're looking for an opportunity to play a key technical leadership role in one of the organization's most strategic People technology initiatives while helping build lasting internal Workday capability, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
