Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SaaS EMR Implementation Manager II to join our team. The Implementation Manager II will lead moderately complex SaaS implementation projects, ensuring customer-specific requirements are met and providing mentorship to junior team members. This role requires strong project management skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 

Location & Interview Process
We prefer candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our corporate offices in Holmdel, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. However, we will consider remote candidates located in other U.S. states for the right individual.

As part of our hiring and security protocols, candidates hired into fully remote roles are required to participate in an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting prior to their first day of employment.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines. 
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, industry, and regulatory standards, as well as customer expectations. 
  • Facilitate project meetings and oversee data management, integrations, and post-implementation support. 
  • Implement integrations between our SaaS platform and other third-party systems, where applicable. 
  • Lead moderately complex product configurations and customizations as part of larger projects. 
  • Conduct system configuration based on customer requirements, ensuring optimal setup and customization. 
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions and materials, ensuring users are equipped to utilize the system effectively. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on EMR software, staying current with product updates and enhancements. 
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and identify continuous improvements in processes, tools, and resources. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and integration points for successful project outcomes. 
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices for configuration and customization. 
  • Understand and document customer business processes, providing feedback to product development teams. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Clinical and/or CentralReach experience highly preferred.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.   
  • Demonstrated ability to lead moderately complex product configurations and improve processes. 
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and industry-specific applications.   
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a SaaS environment. 
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
