Mobile Inventory Auditor - Buffalo Division
Job Details
  • Location: Buffalo, NY area (14802 and surrounding division territory)
  • Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
  • Schedule: Early Morning Start. First store count begins promptly at 6:00 AM.
  • Travel Reality: This is a mobile, route-based role. Depending on the schedule, travel to your first convenience store location of the day can require up to a 2-hour commute.
  • Compensation: $19.00 / hour + Paid travel time and competitive mileage reimbursement.
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage (eligible at day 90), 401K, and paid vacation.
Position Overview
We are adding an analytical and systematic Mobile Inventory Auditor to our Buffalo division. If you enjoy a self-directed workday and prefer the freedom of the road over a static office cubicle, this is the perfect opportunity.
In this role, your day starts early, traveling to a variety of convenience store client locations daily to provide our retail partners with the precise inventory data they need. Because our teams count inventory before or during early retail operating hours, a reliable morning routine and dedication to punctuality are non-negotiable.
Core Responsibilities
  • Accurate Auditing: Arrive on-site by 6:00 AM sharp and utilize a 10-key machine to complete high-speed, accurate physical inventory counts of C-store merchandise.
  • Data Resolution: Identify inventory variances on-site to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Manager Communication: Hand over final financial audit findings directly to convenience store managers.
  • Territory Travel: Efficiently commute to daily scheduled client sites across the division territory (up to a 2-hour commute to the first site of the day).
What You Bring to the Table
  • Reliable Transport: A valid Driver's License and a dependable personal vehicle for daily regional travel.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, kneeling, bending) in various retail environments, including stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
  • Professional Integrity: Motivated by providing honest, accurate data that helps managers reduce shrink and improve processes.
  • Focus: Comfort with an early morning lifestyle and independent, route-based execution.
