Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to support enterprise business systems and revenue-generating operations within a fast-paced technology environment. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions

• Build and enhance functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools

• Support Salesforce integrations utilizing APIs, middleware, and enterprise platforms

• Design and maintain CI/CD deployment processes using Salesforce CLI and GitHub Actions

• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Lead troubleshooting, testing, deployment support, and ongoing platform optimization

• Develop documentation, training materials, and technical specifications

• Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, APIs, and Salesforce integrations

• Experience supporting Sales and CRM business processes within enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications are a plus

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, Workato, Boomi, or middleware platforms is a plus
