Job Description

The Integration & ERP Applications Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations and internal business applications across AT-PAC’s ERP, CRM, and operational systems landscape.

This role plays a critical part in enabling secure, scalable data exchange, system automation, and operational visibility across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & System Development

  • Design and develop API-based integrations across ERP, CRM, and RMS platforms
  • Build and maintain internal business applications supporting operational workflows
  • Develop backend services for data orchestration, transformation, and processing
  • Implement secure and scalable system-to-system data exchange solutions

Technical Execution & Delivery

  • Manage API authentication, error handling, and secure data transmission
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Support deployment activities and provide post-go-live stabilization (hypercare)
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance

Documentation & Governance

  • Document integration architecture, data mapping, and technical processes
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, auditability, and scalability

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with IT, Operations, and external vendors to align integration solutions with business requirements
  • Support cross-functional initiatives tied to ERP, CRM, and enterprise system strategy
