We’re looking for a Retread Technician to join our team and play a critical role in our daily operations. This dynamic position specializes in refurbishing and restoring used commercial tires by applying new tread, extending their lifespan, and ensuring they meet industry safety and performance standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Receive tire at a workable height hanging on a hook
  • Perform visual inspections on tires and apply patches as needed for quality assurance
  • Paint and stack tires with mechanical assistance
  • Clean up and buff off excess rubber on finished tires
  • Use hand tools effectively to envelope tires
  • Accurately document repair information on work orders
  • Load and unload tires in the chamber as required
  • Additional tasks as assigned

What You Need:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to work in team
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 150 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to read and verify work order information
