iHawl is a complete civil sitework contractor handling full mass grading and site development with precision and pride. Weโ€™re hiring a Dirt Work Foreman to lead crews through mass excavation, grading, and site prep safely and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise mass excavation, grading, and cut/fill operations.

  • Set grade, read plans, and ensure job site safety compliance.

  • Coordinate Operators and Laborers for production flow.

  • Maintain clean sites, accurate grades, and safe work zones.


Requirements

  • 5+ years dirt work or earthwork construction experience; 2+ years in leadership.

  • Skilled in reading plans, setting laser/GPS grades, and crew coordination.

  • Strong communication and people-first leadership.
