Nyack Ridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a premier skilled nursing and rehab facility serving Rockland and Westchester Counties, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a CNA (Weekend Warrior). For over four decades, we have been dedicated to providing quality patient care with compassion and clinical excellence. Our mission is to make every day count for each of our residents. With a warm and familiar environment, we pride ourselves on our highly regarded therapy department and state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym.

About the Role

As a CNA (Weekend Warrior), you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients while working weekend shifts. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering high-quality patient care will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
