Nightingale at Arkadelphia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to our nursing team during weekend shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about resident care, enjoys mentoring staff, and thrives in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.

  • Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations: Monitor resident outcomes, complete clinical rounds, and respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
