This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

  • $0.59 per mile 
  • Load pay: $12 per stop 
  • Drop and hook pay: $5.00 per event 
  • Safety training: $20 per hour 
  • Holiday pay: $200.00 per day
  • Weekly attendance pay: $100 per week for drivers who work a full work week.
